Our studio

A calm, light-filled wellness studio

Blush Flow began with a simple idea: a yoga studio should feel like a deep breath. Bright rooms, kind teachers and a community where you can arrive exactly as you are.

Our story

Built for the days you need a little more room

Our founders practised in many studios before opening their own. The classes they loved most had one thing in common: they felt welcoming. Nobody was rushed, nobody was judged, and the teacher noticed when you needed an easier option.

That feeling shapes everything here, from the size of our classes to the way we write our timetable. Use this space to tell your own studio's story.

What we value

  1. Welcome first

Every body, every background, every level. We learn names, offer options and keep the atmosphere warm and unhurried.

  2. Clear, kind teaching

Simple cues, honest demonstrations and props for everyone. Good teaching makes yoga feel possible.

  3. Practice over perfection

We care about how a pose feels, not how it looks. Rest is always an option.

  4. Small, steady habits

Mindful movement and daily meditation practice work best in small doses, repeated often. We help you build them.

Two rooms, plenty of light

Studio One is bright and spacious for flowing classes. The Garden Room is our quieter space for Hatha, Yin and meditation.

Community

Friends, regulars and first-timers

Beyond weekly classes, we host seasonal workshops, slow Sunday gatherings and occasional yoga retreats. It's a friendly place to meet people who also like to slow down.

  • Seasonal workshops on alignment, breathwork and rest
  • Weekend yoga retreats (dates announced in our newsletter)
  • Community classes for new students each month
